We would like to welcome our first agency who has left the world of cloud-based dispatch and records management. Chowchilla, CA Police Department has joined the RIMS family. Located in Madera County, Chowchilla serves 20,000 residents and has 25 officers, 10 dispatchers, and multiple support staff.
They will be using RIMS CAD/RMS, Mobiles, iRIMS, CLETS, Mapping, RIMS2Text, Citizen RIMS, PropRoom, e911, and CAD to Firehouse RMS integration.
Welcome aboard, Chowchilla PD!
